Lafayette Yards
Live/Work Lofts Proposal
This proposed 6-story mixed use retail and residential building in Saint Paul was part of the Lafayette Yards master plan. As part of the developed master plan, the mixed-use neighborhood of Lowertown includes a new ballpark for the Saint Paul Saints, a soccer stadium, commercial space and housing.
The 103,250 square foot building includes 40 live/work units with green roofs overlooking the ballpark. The building has a semi-transparent glass and metal skin that modulates the transparency of views into and out of the units.
