Executive Office Build-Out
Cole Taylor Bank relocated its executive offices to a 22,000 square foot space in downtown Chicago. The project was on a fast track schedule, taking only four months to complete construction.
Demolition of the 4th floor allowed for private offices and conference rooms to form a ring facing the perimeter of the building. Inside the ring, open office and auxiliary spaces, decorated with Native American art, make a more pleasant space to work. Additionally, the file room’s floor structure was reinforced to accommodate a high density mobile filing system.
